Ireland Gateway to Europe is a not-for profit group of Irish service providers who showcase Ireland as Europe's premier investment location through events in the US.

Our vision is for US companies who are looking to expand into Europe to choose Ireland as their location of choice and to have the information, trust and contacts to execute their plans.

Tony Lambert, Chamber Chief Executive and Ed Hearne, Fingal County Council Director of Enterprise, Economic & Tourism Development travelled with the group of 50+ business leaders.

The Ireland Gateway to Europe Group hosted 9 business events in Boston from April 20th-22nd 2016, welcoming 500 c-level guests with George Hook and his Newstalk team broadcasting live from these events.

Ireland Gateway to Europe have partnered with Boston College to build a number of events around the Aer Lingus College Football Classic which will be played between Boston College and Georgia Tech on Saturday 3rd September 2016.

Now in its fifth year, it comprises a mission of 50 business leaders and Irish media to the US.

Our Objectives

• To work closer with the Irish FDI community

• To develop relationships with key partners in the US

• To work more closely with Irish state agencies (IDA Ireland)

• To be viewed as thought leaders in our sectors for FDI in Ireland

• To deal directly at “C level” with US companies potentially locating in Ireland
