Customer Service Retail Excellence Award – Multiple Sector

This award aims to celebrate the best multiple retailer (five or more branches) operating in the Fingal Region. The winner of this award will be able to demonstrate how they have created and maintained their point of difference to provide innovative products and an exceptional experience in store in tune with the customer needs.  Mystery shoppers will assess all aspects of the store with a particular emphasis on the quality of customer interaction and experience.  

The judges will consider the following:

• Store impact

• Interaction with customers

• Product knowledge

• Retail standards

• Range of services in store

• Exceeding customer expectations.
