Customer Service Excellence Award – Services Sector

Entrants to this award must show how their approach to and implementation of providing world class customer service sets them above their competition.  Judges will be looking for evidence of a customer focused culture that is reinforced at all levels of the business.  This award is open to all service businesses that are committed to offering the highest level of care to each and every customer/client.  

 

The judges will be looking at:

• Initial impressions of the business

• Acknowledgement and greeting

• Customer care

• Services provided

• Product knowledge and information provided

• Meeting/exceeding customer satisfaction
