Customer Service Excellence Award – Tourism & Hospitality Sector

This award is open to all tourism and leisure businesses that are committed to providing the highest levels of hospitality and care to each and every customer.

Entrants to this award must show how their approach to and implementation of providing world class customer service sets them above their competition.  Judges will pay particular attention to the interaction between staff and guests and how staff members enhance all aspects of the guest experience. Equal consideration will be given to the services and facilities available to guests and how these meet and or exceed expectations.

 

The judges will be looking at:

• Initial impression of the venue

• Acknowledgement and greeting

• Services provided

• Range of services

• Product knowledge and information provided

• Meeting/Exceeding customer expectations
